A two-storey timber villa with calm, modern lines: pale horizontal cladding, dark-stained trim, and broad hipped roofs with deep eaves. Full-height windows and sliding doors open to multiple balconies and a shaded terrace, creating strong indoor–outdoor flow. The plan reads as two offset wings around a covered entry, giving private corners for bedrooms and generous shared areas for living and dining. It suits resort plots, lakeside lots, and suburban neighborhoods where light, views, and sheltered outdoor rooms are priorities.

Built from the original design, this is a detailed 3D model in real-world units with clean topology, unwrapped UVs, and PBR materials for wood, metal railings, roofing, and glass. The geometry is optimized for smooth performance and close-up renders, making it ready for architectural visualization, VR tours, configurators, film pre-viz, games, and other interactive applications.
