Modern Residential Building 2 Hi-Poly

Multi-floor hotel or apartment building in a modern style with an administrative block on the first floor. The top floor is equipped with a penthouse. A small decorative "kink" in the top edge of the building creates the effect of rapid movement in the silhouette of the facades. There are two versions of the building: with five identical residential floors, plus administrative levels, plus a penthouse, and with seven residential levels, plus a basement, plus a penthouse. Shades of gray in the facade finishes and abundant glazing make the buildings weightless, airy, light.
