Let's plunge into the world of retro cars!

In the modern world, everything is developing rapidly and the old is completely forgotten. But let's remember and see what kind of cars people used to travel in. Many models are etched into the memory, attract the eye and conquer our hearts forever. Our developers have created models of the most striking and historical cars especially for lovers of retro transport. Go? Let's begin!
Dodge Charger 1972
The Dodge Charger is an iconic car produced by Dodge, owned by Chrysler Corporation.
In 1968, the styling of the new Dodge Charger, designed by Richard Sias, would later be called "Coke bottle styling", as the body profile resembles the curves of a Coca-Cola bottle.
The Charger retained its original grille with hidden headlights, but the fully rotating power headlights were replaced with static headlights fronted by vacuum-operated rotating caps. The interior was seriously redesigned - in particular, the car received a solid sofa in the back instead of separate seats, a tachometer became an option instead of standard equipment, and the trunk cover was replaced with a vinyl mat.

Mercedes-Benz SS Roadster 1930
The Mercedes-Benz SSK has been called the "Holy Grail" of automobile collectors: even among pre-war classics, it would be difficult to find a more desirable, rare and hard-to-find model. From 1928 to 1932 the company produced fewer than 40 examples, half of which were intended for racing. Many of them crashed, others disappeared during the Second World War, so only 5 original cars have survived to this day, although at least 100 replicas are known, built using factory parts. Count Trossi's Mercedes-Benz SSK is a relic car from the pre-war era, unique and almost priceless. This is the only SSK roadster with a custom body, which already makes it a collector's dream, considering that only five original SSKs survive today. However, the main thing in this car is its design: probably no other car in the world has such harmonious proportions. The beauty of the Trossi Roadster can only be compared with the aerodynamic coupe Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic, and by a happy coincidence, both of these masterpieces of the 30s. ended up in the collection of American fashion designer Ralph Lauren.
Count Trossi purchased his Mercedes-Benz SSK in 1930, but earlier the car had already taken part in races and visited Japan. In those years, this was a common practice: at first, racing cars competed as part of factory teams, and then they were sold to private owners. The peculiarity of the Trossi roadster was that under the hood it had a 7.1-liter compressor engine from SSKL with a power of 300 hp. It is known that Trossi bought the Mercedes-Benz SSK with chassis number 36038 twice, and in 1931 he decided to build a new body for the model in the workshop of the little-known British coachbuilder Willie White. As a result, a real work of art was created based on the Count's design, which influenced the style of many cars of the 30s.
Like all SSKs, the Trossi Roadster had a very long hood with three exhaust manifolds on the right side. The body couldn’t be called practical: it lacked doors, a trunk, a soft top, and running boards, and because of the huge steering wheel, the driver’s seat could only be sat on the passenger side. The car was given a special elegance by streamlined teardrop-shaped fenders, a pointed tail, and closed rear wheel arches. The low V-shaped windshield had the same angle as the trailing edge of the hood sides. Large copper brake drums were attached to the 18-inch spoked wheels. From the traditional white color, Trossi repainted the car black and made the interior green.
After Trossi's death in 1949, his Mercedes-Benz SSK was sold to a wealthy Argentinean, then went through several more owners and traveled to the USA, France, and England. Eventually, the car fell into the hands of Ralph Lauren, who sent it, along with the Bugatti Atlantic, to Paul Russell for restoration.
