Leonardo TMNT PBR

One of the characters in the Young Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book is Leonardo. Blue eye patch and buckle with the letter "L" on it. The chest cuirass is yellow. Behind his back is a pair of Japanese swords in sheaths.
