Baskets Set 08

Four floor-mounted wicker baskets for laundry, toys and more. Round in cross-section, baskets differ in shape, size, weaving method and color of material. The first basket tapers towards the top. The weave is large, braided, made of thick white material. Two handles are woven into the top edge. The basket contains toys (lion and kangaroo). The second, a cylindrical basket with a traditional jute cord weave, with a white fabric insert, is saddled with a soft lilac toy bear. Both this basket and the third (cylindrical, made of jute, wider and lower, with a pair of pink pillows) have two semicircular handles woven into the upper edge. The weaving of the fourth, barrel-shaped basket without handles is more complex, with two rows of large relief zigzag lines. This basket is filled with folded pastel towels.
