Right Rads - Blue Butterflies

More sculpture than flower arrangement, this piece plays with the silhouette of a human figure and an exaggerated crown of foliage. A simplified face rises from a narrow pedestal while hundreds of overlapping leaves spread sideways above it, producing a dramatic, almost cloud-like canopy. In the deep blue version, the plant material and vessel merge into one saturated mass; emerald green and charcoal alternatives offer a completely different, more restrained mood.

The appeal comes from the imbalance of shapes. A compact architectural base supports an intentionally oversized organic top, while the subtly mottled surface keeps the bust from feeling like polished decorative plastic.
