Part lamp, part tiny golden character, Tom has the kind of playful silhouette that can loosen up an otherwise serious interior. The tapered shade becomes an oversized “head,” while the rounded body, tucked-in arms and widely planted feet give the object an almost cartoon-like stance. What keeps it from feeling childish is the finish: the highly reflective gold surface catches the room around it, turning simple curves into sharp highlights and deep metallic reflections.

Tom belongs to Qeeboo’s Golden Brothers family created by Stefano Giovannoni. The real lamp is made from metallized ABS with a PMMA diffuser and stands about 31 cm high. A warm 3000K integrated LED sits inside, with touch control and progressive dimming built into the shade. This 3D model would be especially convincing on a bedside table, console, shelf or boutique display where a conventional lamp might feel too predictable.
