Modular AN-94 Abakan (PBR)

The Modular AN-94 Abakan is a Russian assault rifle featuring rapid two-round burst fire. This rapid rate of fire allows for near instant follow-up shots, making this weapon ideal for marksmen with the handling characteristics of an average assault rifle.
The AN-94 Abakan is designed with the AK-74 bullpup design in mind, but with some improvements for improved accuracy and handling. The primary improvement is a faster trigger which enables quicker follow-up fire. Furthermore, this model comes equipped with a grenade launcher for use in close quarters combat situations.
In addition to an improved trigger, the AN-94 Abakan boasts a two-round burst feature that gives shooters more chances of hitting targets quickly. This is particularly advantageous over fully automatic massed fire weapons like the American M16A1, which often require multiple trigger pulls in order to take down an opponent.
The AN-94 Abakan utilizes the same 5.45mm round as the AK-74, featuring an automatic fire option that lets users switch between semi-automatic and full automatic firing modes with just a single trigger push. This feature is especially handy when aiming at moving targets since there's no need to reload immediately after changing between modes.
This rifle's primary working mechanism is a gas-operated, reciprocating bolt carrier/receiver assembly mounted inside of a "carrier-stock," which rotates on guide rails within the stock. The magazine is slightly angled to the right for easier feeding during each two-round hyperburst feature and helps minimize felt recoil within each burst.
