Mil Mi-24V Hind helicopter (PBR)

Nemeth Designs' Mil Mi-24V Hind helicopter kit boasts an impressive variety of detail parts. Crafted to scale perfection with both engraved and raised accents, the model is one of the premier offerings in this scale.
The rotors are all well-moulded, including their central pitch control levers and tail rotor housing. There is some small plumbing that needs to be added but this is only needed for the tail rotor, making it no hassle.
Interior features two pilot's seats and a troops cabin. The cockpit has attractive side detail and the pilots' seats are comfortably designed for 1/72nd scale model.
Armaments offer a selection of ten different loadouts, such as missiles, fuel tanks and rocket launchers. Plus you can opt for optional weapon emplacements and antennae.
Special Mission Variants
In the late 1960s, NATO introduced the Hind as a troop transport helicopter (Nato reporting name Hind-A). Soon thereafter it was upgraded to an anti-aircraft gunship variant (Nato reporting name Hind-D). Over subsequent decades other versions were developed as well, such as export Mi-35 (NATO reporting name Mi-25) and Mi-24P (Mi-24V).
All variants share a basic design, but have various modifications which alter their military application. For instance, the Mi-24R (Nato reporting name 'Mi-24RCh') is employed for nuclear and chemical reconnaissance. It features mechanisms to obtain soil and air samples, filter them out, place marker flares, camera inside cabin as well as gun and rocket pods. The Mi-24P features twin 30-mm guns while Mi-24V boasts an improved anti-tank missile system.
Realistic 3d-model for various projects.
