Kia Seltos SX 2022 is a subcompact SUV that seamlessly combines style and practicality. Positioned between the smaller Soul and larger Sportage in Kia's SUV lineup, this model offers an extensive range of features across five trim levels.
Exterior & Interior Design

The 2022 Seltos is available in LX, S, EX, Nightfall Edition and SX turbo trims. The LX is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 146 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque that is sent to the front wheels via CVT automatic transmission.

For greater performance, the SX turbo offers a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine with 175 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. While not the most powerful option in the lineup, it is certainly one of the fastest. Plus, with its improved fuel economy compared to LX and S trims' 146-hp engines, you won't miss much when driving this fast sedan!

Inside, the cabin is comfortable and spacious. The driver seat offers plenty of adjustability, while the rear seats recline to an extra-comfy angle. Furthermore, the center rear seat backs fold to expand cargo space - more than enough for most people.

All models come standard with forward collision warning, pedestrian detection and automatic emergency braking. The EX, Nightfall and SX trims add blind-spot and rear cross-traffic warning systems. Furthermore, the SX adds an excellent adaptive cruise control system with steering assistance called "Highway Driving Assist."

On a 75 mph highway test route, an all-wheel-drive model with the turbocharged 1.6 liter four cylinder earned 29/35/31 mpg with front drive and 27/31 with all-wheel drive on regular gas. Our front-drive test model earned 29 mpg on our 75 mph highway route.
