Launched in October 2012, the Alto 800 featured a 796 cc F8D three-cylinder petrol engine, producing 47 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 69 Nm of torque at 3,500 rpm. With a ground clearance of 160 mm and a kerb weight of 720 kg, it was designed for nimble city driving. The fuel tank capacity stood at 35 liters. Standard features included power steering and front power windows, while safety features like driver airbags were available in higher trims.
