This asset version 1.3.0.1 is not working, it is not imported into Unity, it writes an error. Please correct!

There were no such problems with previous versions. I think it's all the same because of the hosting where you upload. In previous versions, you uploaded a ZIP archive, and here directly the unitypackage. Maybe you should also upload it to a ZIP archive?

    Everything is the same, an error occurred during import, the asset is broken and does not work. It's about the hosting where you upload it, it somehow affects the file. You are loading the .unitypackage directly, I think that's the point. Place it in an archive and upload files in the archive to the hosting (like previous versions, they are in .zip archives and there are no problems with importing)

  Just checked: downloaded by hitfile, unpacked by WinRar 5.5, imported in Unity 2021.3.11.f1 - all OK.
  Check your side - archiver, antivirus, correct download e.t.c.
