Modern House 18 Hi-Poly

A modern two-story small villa in a minimalist style, with a flat roof and white smooth finish facades. The abundant glazing (including the enclosure of the large terrace on the second floor) gives the house light and lightness. Solar panels are installed on the flat roof. The horizontal floors of the terrace and the floor in front of the entrance are finished with square gray tiles. The canopy over the terrace is made of horizontal white beams, creating a shadow. On the first floor is a garage with two lifting gates. Garage door, window and door frames are graphite gray.
