Modern administrative or office building. The rectangular three-level structure is surrounded by three wide steps with light gray trim. The main tone of the walls of the building in a minimalist style is black anthracite. Part of the first floor is made with continuous glazing. Starting from the second tier, the facades are covered with vertical white panels of different widths, mounted at small intervals, behind which the windows of the second and third floors are visible. In the upper part of the front facade and against the black background of the blank side wall of the first tier, three-dimensional letters with a mirror surface are mounted.
