MODERN HOUSE NO14

A modern mansion in the style of minimalist constructivism with a swimming pool on the adjacent plot. The building with a flat roof is finished with large light-gray slabs with a concrete texture. The second tier of the house has an additional extension with a large room and a wide long balcony hanging over the entrance group and resting on a concrete pylon. Under this extension, a convenient parking space is formed, closed from precipitation and sun. Glazing of a small number of large window openings is made in black frames. The balcony parapet is made of transparent tempered glass. A small rectangular recreation area with a U-shaped bench, fenced on three sides, is integrated into the L-shaped pool.
