Based on the classic Archibald model, Poltrona Frau introduces a padded version that maintains its clean and sophisticated characteristics while adding an element of casual charm to elevate both contemporary spaces and more traditional interiors. The large seat cushion is covered in luxurious leather with rich goose-down padding and contrast stitching for added visual interest.

Technical Specifications: Polyurethane foam is used throughout the seat and backrest, with shaped polyester foam wadding where additional cushioning is necessary. Elastic belt suspensions along the perimeter of the steel-framed backrest add further springiness for a more relaxed seating experience.

The frame is constructed from cast aluminum and tubular steel with elastic belts in gunmetal grey, finished in gunmetal grey. A protective and glossy black footrest sits atop it; secured to the structure using snap fasteners and Velcro strips. Upholstered upholstery features Pelle Frau Safari leather "bag" cover embellished with hand-painted raw-cut leather trim and contrast stitching around its perimeter.
