Type 61 tank (PBR)

The Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Type 61 tank is Japan's first Main Battle Tank, developed and produced to replace M4 Sherman tanks in Japan's Self-Defense Forces.
This mobile main battle tank is ideal for keeping up with advancing vehicles and is quite versatile. It can be used to ambush other tanks early in the game or adjust its position when discovered, and it also has enough capacity to disengage and move off after being taken out by a superior opponent.
Unfortunately, this makes it vulnerable to frontal attacks. Its weak armour won't shield it from all enemy tanks and its 90mm cannon is adequate but not particularly powerful.
This gun is inspired by US designs with a T-shaped muzzle break and horizontally sliding locks in its breech. While not ideal for rapid fire or second hits, it provides adequate cover against infantry fire and can deal enough damage to wipe out most tank types when used effectively.
There's also an auxiliary gun, which can be employed for support during close combat or to take down an enemy from a distance. This weapon is quite effective. Additionally, there's a small hatch on the loader side that allows ammunition to be dumped.
The Type 61 was in production for an extended period, serving in the JGSDF until 1975 when it was replaced by the Type 74. It also served in training exercises with US armored divisions and received periodic upgrades until its removal from service by the armed forces in 1975.
