Electrobus Kamaz-6282 Hi-Poly

KAMAZ, the Russian car and traction company, has opened the first assembly line for electric buses in Moscow. Production will commence at Sokolniki Car Repair and Construction Plant of Mosgortrans--the state unitary enterprise responsible for running Moscow's bus service--where KAMAZ owns a majority stake.
KAMAZ's new generation of the 6282 Electrobus, now in serial production, can travel up to 80 kilometers on one battery charge and features an improved climate system. Additionally, it features a fully electric heater that doesn't emit any harmful emissions into the atmosphere as well as adaptive interior lighting that changes color based on time of day.
Another advancement of the new KAMAZ-6282 is a fourth validator for fare payment in the salon (standing area). Furthermore, charging can be done quickly at ultrafast charging stations using single arm pantographs without damaging lithium-titanate batteries.
In addition to its new powertrain, the vehicle boasts a spacious cabin capacity of 85 passengers and can accommodate people with disabilities. Furthermore, it boasts advanced technologies like video cameras and satellite navigation systems for added safety and convenience.
In addition, the vehicle offers a high level of comfort with its own climate-control system in the driver's cabin and thermal curtains in all doors. It also has a media screen and USB connectors for charging mobile devices.
