Three-story building with courtyard, pond and gazebo

White three-story oriental style house. The wooden doors and windows with frequent wooden bars are a rich orange-brown color, which contrasts brightly with the white facades and balconies and blends with the clinker roof tiles. The cozy courtyard, lined with gray rectangular tiles, features a Chinese-style wooden pergola, a koi pond, stone traditional lanterns, a pair of tall trees, and compact concrete containers and pots of ornamental plants. The lower tier of walls surrounding the courtyard is finished with smooth river stone. The entrance to the courtyard is decorated in the style of the house: a plastered white wall mounted gate and wicket door, trimmed with vertical wooden slats. To the right of the front door is a niche in the wall with vertical wooden lintels and growing greenery. Single pitched roof over the entrance, as the house is covered with terracotta tiles. The courtyard is equipped with a parking space for the car. Above the driveway is mounted steel construction with forged elements and decorative lights. The visor is covered by a transparent polycarbonate, protecting the car from rain.
