Slit Side and coffee Table by Hay

Creative series of coffee and side tables Slit by Hay. The products were released in 2014. Slit furniture is geometric steel side tables. It seems as if they were created using paper origami technique. The thin frame seems to be folded under the tabletop, creating a simple yet sculptural form. It is reminiscent of traditional Japanese art.
