There are two versions of the material in the archive - fully procedural for Displace and procedural with one raster map for Normal.

The LEDs glow through Self-Illumination.
There are 3 options - Your text, Your image or Off.
The text option works via Corona Distance.
You need to write your text using Create/Shapes/Text and choose the PixelFont font.
