K14 Rifle (PBR)

The K14 Rifle is a sniper rifle that was designed and built by S&T Motive, a South Korean company. It is a bolt action 7.62 NATO rifle that was developed by the company in response to requirements from the South Korean military.
Before 2011, the South Korean army did not have a standard-issue long-range rifle. Instead, sniper rifles were primarily used by special forces and some units of the regular army that purchased foreign sniper rifles.
S&T Motive developed a design that was well suited to South Korea's requirements for a new sniper rifle, and it entered service in December 2012. The K14 is chambered for the 7.62x51mm NATO cartridge.
It is a bolt action gun that can be fired using either a fixed or scoped optic. It has a rifling of increasing pitch and can use smokeless powder propellants.
The K14 is a high-performance weapon that is capable of hitting targets from 800 meters to 1 kilometer with high accuracy and little recoil. It has a daytime scope that can find objects within 1.5 to 2.5 kilometers, and a night vision system that uses a thermal camera to identify targets within 0.5 to 1.5 km.
The rifle is designed to be used by the ROK army, and it is sold in a package that includes the gun, a quality daytime scope, clip on in-line night vision sight, training ammunition and a ghillie suit. The price of the entire package is approximately $13,000 USD equivalent.
